Časopis Czech Journal of Economics and Finance je vydáván Fakultou sociálních věd Univerzity Karlovy a v současné době jeho redakční radu tvoří šéfredaktor Roman Horváth a hlavní redaktoři Jarko Fidrmuc (Zeppelin University, Friedrichshafen), Martin Fukač (New Zealand Treasury), Evžen Kočenda (IES FSV UK), Ondřej Schneider (IES, IIF), a Laurent Weill (University of Strasbourg).
Nově se editorem časopisu stal Stefan Lyocsa (Institute of Economic Research, Slovak Academy of Sciences) a novými členy redakční rady se stali Eduard Baumohl (University of Economics, Bratislava), Tomáš Vyrost (University of Economics, Bratislava) a Max Gillman (University of Missouri - St. Louis).
