Invitation to LSE Emerging Markets Forum

All students of IES FSV UK are cordially invited to the LSEEMF on 15th and 16th of March 2019, at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, London.

The LSE SU Emerging Markets Forum (“LSEEMF”) is the world’s largest student conference focused on the emerging markets. Each year it brings together delegates from the top academic institutions from over 140 countries with the leading experts in business, academics and politics from around the world. The LSEEMF forms a platform for world leaders to discuss the most relevant, timely and pressing global issues over two days of keynotes, chaired discussions, and workshops.   Over the past decade, the single most important development has been that of China’s rise to global power, politically, militarily, socially and also economically, that redefines the post-Cold War dynamics. The theme for the LSEEMF X will be in understanding how China maintains and secures its position and influence internationally and domestically, as well as the response from the global and business communities.   The LSE EMF X is an international gathering for 250 students attending from leading universities around the world and is a great opportunity for the delegates to network with our speakers and sponsors over the two days.    The full agenda for this year’s forum can be found here and the registration page here.
