10/05/2023
Our colleague Zuzana Havrankova has been elected as a member of the Economics, Business, and Management Sciences section in the prestigious Academia Europaea.
The Academia Europaea (Academy of Europe) was founded in 1988 as an initiative of the Royal Society of the UK to create a pan-European academy of frontier scholars. Its main objective is to support policy-making in Europe through SAPEA, the European Commission's advisory body.
The Academy of Europe encompasses all 44 European countries and all scientific domains, with a thriving membership of over 5,000 world-leading scholars and scientists, including more than 80 Nobel laureates.
The election of Zuzana Havránková followed peer group nomination, scrutiny, and confirmation of her scholarship and eminence in the field of economics.
Congratulations!
