The main tasks of the IES Alumni association are organizing regular meetings of the graduates of the IES, the networking of members of the association and support of the IES. At this time this support is focused mainly on the Alumni Chair. The Alumni Chair is a grant program for young potentials who work at the IES. We want to encourage those beginning research who are also dedicated to teaching in their work and thus help in further development of the IES FSV itself. The Alumni Chair would not be possible to award without you – former graduates who regularly donate at banquets or social events organized by IES Alumni. If you were not or could not be present at those events and still want to donate, we provide you with several possibilities how to do it.
Ways to give:
Direct bank transfer
The easiest way to give is to send an optional sum of money to the IES Alumni account. If you are willing to prepare a donation agreement for tax deduction purposes, please write your email address into the message for the recipient. We will contact you and prepare it.

You can fill in the income tax return and support the Alumni Chair HERE.
The SMS costs 299 CZK and apart from the mobile operator fee the whole sum goes to the IES Alumni. The company which operates this application does not charge any fees. This application has been designed thanks to the kind support of the IES graduate Ivo Brabec.
Non-financial help
If you are willing to be a volunteer and play an active role in the IES Alumni Association, please let us know how you can help. Send us an email on alumni@alumni.cz and we will contact you and discuss it with you. Currently we are searching for new mentors for the next round of Mentoring which will start in October, 2015. If you would like to help the students with the choice of the right career path and helping it to take off, it will be beneficial for both us and them.
