Internships abroad

IES FSV UK in cooperation with the European Development Agency, Ltd. (Hereinafter EDA) offers students and graduates FSV UK chance to go on a practical internship ERASMUS + abroad in the academic year 2016/2017.

Practical internships can take place both in the institutions of the attached lists (current contract, catalog EDA) and in some institutions found by the students themselves. The career coordinator will tell you on demand about the current conditions and internship opportunities. The practical internship must not take place in the EU institutions, organizations managing EU programs and national diplomatic missions.

Jan Hloušek

"During the studies at IES, I became interested in the areas of data analytics and new technologies. Through the website of the Institute, I applied for an internship in a digital startup MoBerries in Berlin, and continued full-time in Summer 2016. I had a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and Head of Business Development and to lead our data analytics team. One of our partners, Berlin-based Venture Capital firm Redstone Digital invited me to join their Data Science Project from September 2016 to February 2017. At Redstone we are monitoring markets of early-stage startups to identify and evaluate potential investment deals. I am also currently enrolled in Master program Econometrics at the University of Amsterdam. I find it a great continuation of IES with exceptional study environment in a very vibrant city"
