The OECD Internship Programme
has been designed to bring highly qualified and motivated students with diverse backgrounds into the Organisation to work on projects linked to the Strategic Orientations of the Secretary-General. Its main goal is to give to successful candidates an opportunity to improve their analytical and technical skills as well as the experience to work in a truly international environment.
These internships are open for full time students who:
•are enrolled in the field of economy or in another discipline related to the work of the OECD (social affairs, trade, agriculture, development, education, employment, environment, finance, fiscal affairs and statistics, amongst others);
•master English or French and have the capability of drafting in one of these languages; a knowledge of the other language would definitely be an advantage, as would knowledge of other languages used at the OECD;
•are capable of working in a team in a multicultural and international environment, and
•are part of a Corporate Programme with one Partner University or can benefit from a Memorandum of Agreement between their University and the OECD

The World Bank offers internships to young people interested to learn more about the economic and social issues that affect people's lives around the world. The programme offers opportunities for study and work that provide hands-on experience. The Bank Internship Programme offers graduate students an opportunity to improve their skills as well as the experience of working in an international environment, detailes here.

The EU Committee of the Regions
Each year, the Committee of the Regions (CoR) provides a limited number of internships for young citizens, from Europe and elsewhere, offering them the opportunity to acquire work experience in a European institution. Two types of internships are available: long-term paid traineeships ( "stages" ) or short-term unpaid study periods ( "séjours d'étude" ).
The application deadline : March 31st, 2012.
