Where can I find an information about the subject, subject of thesis and consultations hours of teachers?
SIS UK - includes courses, syllabi, links to publications, texts for courses or websites of educators, teachers e-mails
and consultation hours , registration to subjects and exams. This information except for registration to subject, exam
and subject of thesis you can find on IES website.
Where can I find information about cancellation of consultation hours, seminar or lecture?
Teacher send the information by mail to registered students for relevant course. Keep the current mail in the SIS.
Alternatively, teacher notice you changes or cancellation of seminar or lecture on the Notice-board in SIS. The
information can be also announced on the websites of teachers. The information about cancelattion or changes
of seminar and lecture you can find on websites od bc. or master subjects. But SIS is priority.
Where can I find a schedule?
The schedule is in the SIS or our website.
When are valid consultation hours?
Consultation hours of teachers are only valid at the time of instruction.Consultation hours during exam session
or summer holiday are available upon request.
When I find dates for course requirements?
The academic calendar for 2011/2012 is available for download here.
How should I apply for Bachelor or Master State Exam ?
A summary of all materials to be specified in the term schedule to submit to the Secretariat is always listed under the appropriate Bachelor´s or Master´s Thesis Seminar (JEB001, JEB002, JEM001, JEM002, JEM124 and JEM125) in the hanging file "Basis for State Exam". You will also find forms to fill out and "list of what and where to submit", issues and areas to prepare for SZK, writing documents for work, evaluation form and necessary Dean´s reports.
What should I do when I have a problem with study of a subject or with organization of studies?
- Your problems with studies, suggestions concerning teaching of courses are best to communicate to teachers in time. Problems with organization of studies should be communicated to the Secretariat and the guarantor of your study programme.
- Comments on the teaching of the subject fill in within the regular evaluation of the course.
- Further suggestions and comments may be submitted to the student representative (Aunt Sally) who passes all comments to the management of the Institute at the end of the semester.
- It is also possible to use the box for anonymous complaints and suggestions located in the basement of the building (opposite to the elevator).
