About Alumni
Welcome to the homepage of the Alumni Association. The Alumni Association has been operating since 1997 as a voluntary association of graduates of the Institute of Economic Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences at the Charles University (IES FSV UK).
The main tasks of the Alumni are organizing annual meetings (Banquets) of members and supporters of the Alumni, distinguished guests and sponsors of the Association, raising funds and providing other means of support for IES FSV UK. the Alumni Association continues to support selected teachers and students through the Alumni Chair program. This support is mainly carried out from the contributions of the sponsors of the Association. The membership in the Association is a valuable source of contacts of students, alumni and potential employers.
Any graduate of any degree program at IES FSV UK can become a member of the Alumni Association (Member). The membership results in joining the IES FSV UK Alumni group on LinkedIn. Communication among members is carried out through this group as well as posting banquet invitations or job offers. In the future, this group will be the only member database of the Association.
The Board is responsible for the functioning of the Alumni Association. We grately appreciate any help in organizing meetings and other activities from other (especially younger) members. Further information can be found in the
