Abstract: Effectiveness of nongovernmental nonprofit organizations (NNO) is a problematic topic, which economy still owes a lot to. In spite of that is defining and measuring of effectiveness just secondary question. The main topic is existence of hardly falsificable signs in structure of financial resources of effective (resp. ineffective) NNOs and identification of these signs. Part II. defines effectiveness for needs of this paper and thus creates theoretical skelet for evaluation of behavior of groups of donors in part III. The second part also suggests to evaluate effectiveness by subjective -- social constructionist approach. The conclusion of nonprofit sector data analysis (unfortunately of just small sample) is that for effective NNOs is typical low volatility of shares of individual financial resources. If this is true, then we are able to relatively easily evaluate success of important donors (such as state and foundations) in identification of effective recievers.
