| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the demografic composition of the population of the Czech Republic and with their influence on the unemployment and wage differences. The thesis attempts to analyze unemployment and wage differences on the basis of following demographic characterictics: age, sex, education and regional aspects. It also contains description of the employment policy and further analysis of its implements - especially it´s use inside demographic groups threatened by high unemployment. |
