| Abstract: | In this thesis I focused on the investment trends and their influence on the host economy. I target the Czech Republic and period of its transformation which started in 1990 and lasts up to this days. I used amount statistical data that I tried to interpret. In the first half of thesis I noted development of general investment in the Czech Republic since 1990. Than I deal with foreign direct investment, investment invitations and accompanying foreign investors. In other chapter I split investment in the regions and deeper analysed development in Moravia - Silesia region. At the end of thesis I described the basic information on gross intangibles and on house -- building. |
