This thesis deals with the issues of the human capital progress as it is linked to a college education. Its outcomes are based on the theories of Gary S. Becker. Chapter 5 offers a tentative answer to the question of the college education's financial efficacy, while underscoring the value of non-financial returns. However, it's difficult to quantify them.
