Review of Accounting Studies, one of the leading journals in Business and Finance, recently published corporate governance research by Martin Gregor. The journal is the highest-ranked outlet in the field of Business and Finance that has ever published research carried out at IES.

In the article, Martin Gregor applies information design to analyze how investment efficiency depends on the composition of corporate boards. The analysis has been presented at various institutions, including Chicago Booth, Wharton, Stanford, MIT Sloan, Kellogg School of Management, NYU Stern, Yale School of Management, and USC.

The article is a joint work with Beatrice Michaeli (UCLA). Its editor was Stefan Reichelstein (Stanford), and the research was also covered in Columbia Law School Blue Sky Blog and UCLA Anderson Review.
