Awards and prizes
- In the autumn of 2008, the book "Insolvenční právo", ASPI, Praha, 2008, was awarded second prize by the Academic forum of INSOL Europe, a platform for European scholars working in the field of insolvency law.
The "Edwin Coe Prizes for Outstanding Legal Scholarship" were awarded for the first time in 2008. The first prize went to the second edition of Philip Wood's "Principles of International Insolvency", Sweet & Maxwell, London, 2007.
