Representing the Czech Republic in a US$65 million ICSID arbitration against Phoenix Actions Ltd. regarding an investment into a ferro-alloys trading company.
Representing the Czech Republic in a US$1 billion investment arbitration against Saluka Investments B.V. arising out of the transformation and privatization process of the Czech banking industry.
Representing the Czech Republic and the National Property Fund of the Czech Republic in a US$4 billion arbitration against Nomura Principal Investment plc arising out of the privatization of the Czech banking industry.
