| Abstract: | Historical evidence e.g. by Carmen Reinhart and Kenneth Rogoff suggest that the (oveproportionate) rate of indebtedness is dangerous for state bankruptcy. The level of indebtedness whatever low "only" indicates the reserve debt capacity. Both the ignorance and arrogance of knowledge is dangerous. |
