||This thesis tries to analyze the actual situation on the czech political markets from the perspective of lobbying and rent-seeking. The main object of our interest are the weaknesses of the institutional framework, which covers the czech political markets. We study the remains of its historical development, current official indicators and mainly the empirical data. From these we try to make general conclusions. To these conclussions we propose possibilities to improve the situation. The proposed possibilities are made on the basis of comparation with already working systems, which we can find abroad.
