|Abstract:||The paper focuses on modelling of consumers' behaviour and is based on postkeynesian consumption theory. It builds on diploma paper Modelling of consumers' behaviour (Honzáková, 2003). The original model of consumers' behaviour is extended by additional parameters as e.g. taxes, transfers and savings and closed by adding the production. All consumers' expenditures are given to individual production sectors, taxed and redistributed co consumers as the wage.
We thoroughly analyze all newly added parameters and discuss their impact on the model.
This extended model is also used for analysis of consumption in Czech economy and also for modelling of the convergence of the structure of consumption in the Czech Republic to consumption in the European Union.
