The collective investment industry has witnessed a compelling development and has become a significant type of financial intermediary. This bachelor thesis deals with this field of economy in the Czech republic and compares its progress with other countries. In the first chapter are assessed basic principles of collective investment and its historical development in the world. Second chapter is dedicated to description of the rise, specific evolution and present situation of this type of financial intermediary in the Cezch republic. Some aspects of prospective developmnet are described in third chapter. The aim of this work is to provide the reader a picture of history, current situation and possibilities of the collective investment. |
