This could be easily two or three thesis, each one concentrating on different group of countries. Knowledge of Eastern European languages (Russian, Romanian, Polish, Hungarian atc.) may be an advantage, but it is not required since the majority of good data sources is likely to be in English anyway.]

Financing Green Deal – descriptive analysis of available public and private financial sources for supporting EU Green Deal .
