    IES Graduate Zuzana Meteláková won 2nd place in the Association of Deans of Economics Faculties Award for the best diploma thesis for her diploma thesis, which was supervised by Adam Geršl.

  • New database available at IES: BankFocus

    The BankFocus database by Bureau van Dijk/Moody's Analytics is now available at IES. Access is automatically enabled for all IES faculty members and interested doctoral students. Students can receive a username and password via email from Dagmar Schnellerova. This database can be accessed by 5 simultaneously logged users.
  • Dot Awards 2024

    On October 9, 2024, the awards ceremony for the Deloitte Outstanding Thesis Award (DOT Award) took place. This award, designated for exceptionally high-quality and outstanding Bachelor's and Master's theses written by IES students, has been granted since 2018 based on the partnership between IES and Deloitte.   • Deadline for Master's Thesis Proposals is February 13, 2024

    If you want to defend your thesis at the end of the Winter Semester 2024/2025, the topic of your thesis must be confirmed by your supervisor in the Student Information System by February 13, 2024.
