Application deadlines AY 2025/26:
from Dec 1st, 2025 till Jan 5, 2026 at the latest for Bachelor Final Exam in January 2026
from April 20, 2026 till May 4, 2026 at the latest for Bachelor Final Exam in June 2026
from July 1st, 2026 till July 27, 2026 at the latest for Bachelor Final Exam in September 2026

The state exam will take place face to face in IES building according to State exam time schedule here.
June 8-9, 2026
The state exam will take place face to face in IES building according to State exam time schedule here.
September 7-8, 2026
The state exam will take place face to face in IES building according to State exam time schedule here.

You have to submit all documents to SIS (see 1 and 2).

1. PDF/A version of your Bachelor Thesis (BT) must be uploaded to SIS on the day of your registration for the Final State Exam at the latest.  In the Student Information System (SIS) fill in all information carefully, paying particular attention to:
the title in English/Czech as well as other necessary data (till January 6, 2026), it may not contain personal data (phone, e-mail) or signatures of the student or supervisor
2. electronic application for Bachelor Final Exam (till January 5, 2026)

During a week before Bachelor Final Exam you will receive SIS invitation with date and time of Final Exam.

Printed hard copy of Bachelor Thesis and application form not to be submited. Neither printed nor electronic transcript of records needs to be submitted. Guarantor will check it in SIS in deadline specified in Academic Calendar 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The name of the Bachelor's thesis must be recorded in the SIS in English and also in Czech (supervisor). In the event of any discrepancies, the application may be subject to denial.  Please don´t submit any CDs, as data should be only in SIS and in hardbound copy.  Minor changes to the title of the thesis with the exception of changes to the project may be carried out at the secretary's office of the IES or by the thesis advisor.
