Are you unsure about your career path and want to learn more about a desired field before you start looking for a job or internship? Mentoring is the right opportunity to get a "sneak peek" at different fields without committing to anything. If you are interested in mentoring, please send your motivation letter explaining what you are interested in, what you expect from mentoring, or if there are any company where you would like to find a mentor to the email of career advisor - Eliška Krohová. Along with your cover letter, please send your CV or a link to a linked-in so that you can be introduced to the selected mentors.

The deadline for mentorship applications for the winter semester is October 11, 2024.

Mentoring takes the form of a consultation, either face-to-face or online (this is especially in the case for international contacts), the length and frequency depends on preference, however, it is usually one to two meetings. In some cases it is possible to visit the company and work environment in agreement with the mentor. The mentors who provide the services do so on a no-fee basis, so nothing can be formalised or enforced. It is also a voluntary activity for the students, so there are no obligations, but there is also no possibility of gaining credits. It is only about networking and communicating with professionals.
