The week of the Jinonice Campus ceremonial opening
We would like to inform you about events taking place in the week of April 22 in connection with the ceremonial opening of the Jinonice Campus. Some of these events temporarily affect the operation of our mini campus.
Earth Day
On Monday, April 22nd, the whole world celebrates Earth Day. To mark the occasion, our Sustainability Working Group is organizing something special for you in foyer A. We're hosting a plant swap where you can exchange indoor plants, cuttings, and pots. The swap will be open from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 22nd, until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24th. Don't miss out! During the same days, you can also check out a collection of posters on sustainability displayed in foyer A. And mark your calendar for a meeting on April 22nd at 2:00 p.m. in room C523, where the FSV UK academic and scientific staff will discuss sustainability. For more details, click here.

Due to the event, the UKafé bistro will be closed for the entire day, and the Jinonice library will close at noon. Building A, along with the main entrance, will be exclusively accessible to attendees of the opening ceremony. Please make sure to use the entrance in building C to access the campus.
Faculty Night
The Faculty Night, it's happening on Thursday, April 25th, starting at 6:00 p.m. This event, organized by student clubs, promises an exciting lineup of lectures, workshops, campus tours, and more. With that said, anticipate a bit of extra traffic in the building. Everyone is welcome to join! Entry is free for all students and alumni. The event is bilingual, featuring programs in both Czech and English.
