Team of researchers from our Institute consisting of Tomáš Havránek, Zuzana Irsova (Havránková) and Jindřich Matoušek was awared the Editors' prize for the best paper published in Experimental Economics for the year 2022. Congratulations!

In May 2024, the final communiqué of the G7 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors’ meeting was presented by Italy. One of its annexes, 2024 Progress Report on Tax Co-operation for the 21st Century: OECD Report for the G7 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors, cited one of the research papers by our colleague, Prof. Petr Janský.

The results of the 9th round of the Primus competition, which is organised by Charles University to support young promising scientists, have been announced. One of the two successful projects that received support and funding this year at FSV is the project of our colleague Matěj Bajgar, entitled "Evidence-based Industrial Policy." Congratulations!

We would like to congratulate our colleague Michal Bauer on receiving the title "doctor scientiarum" (DSc.), awarded by the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, which currently represents the highest scientific qualification in the professional career of a scientist in the Czech Republic.
