CFA Institute Investment Research Challenge 2024/2025
The CFA Institute organizes an international student competition in company valuation. Teams of 3-5 students are assigned a mentor, a CFA charter-holder with extensive business experience. IES student Kateřina Švíková Finishes 9th in Windsurfing at Paris Olympic Games
Kateřina Švíková represented Czechia at the Olympic Games in Paris this August. She finished 9th in Windsurfing. During the her time in Paris she talked with UK Forum about the adrenaline rush of flying at high speed over the water. -
International competition for young scientists Falling Walls Lab Czech Republic 2024
On September 12, 2024, the 9th year of the Falling Walls Lab Czech Republic international competition will take place in the premises of the National Technical Library. The application deadline is set for 30 June 2024. The winner of the national round will represent the Czech Republic at the global final in Berlin.
