Michal Bauer and Petr Janský became professors at Charles University!

We’re excited to congratulate our colleagues Michal Bauer and Petr Janský on becoming professors at Charles University!

They were awarded the title of professor in economic theory on May 27, 2024, based on recommendations from university councils.

The official ceremony took place on June 13, 2024, in the Great Hall of Karolinum, where President Petr Pavel appointed 75 new professors, including 23 from Charles University.
