Martin Gregor was recently invited to give a talk at the AAG seminar at the University of Zurich, one of the leading European universities in the fields of economics, business, and finance. This year, the seminar organized lectures by academics from, among others, Chicago, London School of Economics (LSE), Bocconi, Toronto, and Hong Kong.

Congratulations to our colleagues on receiving the Golden Courses - traditionally awarded by the Faculty of Social Sciences after the end of each semester to the highest-rated courses from each institute. The awards for the Summer Semester 2024/2025 were presented on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 during the Academic Senate meeting. The award is accompanied by financial reward.

The Institute of Economic Studies (IES) invites applications for up to five UNCE Doctoral Fellowships. Each fellowship provides financial support of 60,000 CZK for the period January–December 2026, dedicated primarily to covering expenses related to conference participation.
