Internship Junior Field Manager for World Bank

CERGE-EI, a research institute operated by Charles University Prague and the Czech Academy
of Science, in cooperation with the World Bank, is searching for a full-time junior field
manager to support the implementation of a randomized impact evaluation (RCT) in Ústi nad
Labem and Karlovy Vary regions. The evaluation is led by an international team of researchers.
The junior field manager will report to the project manager. The position will initially last for 6
months (from 1st February 2024, though there is some flexibility around the start date).
Potential extensions of the contract will be agreed upon successful completion of the first six
months.

The job will involve participating in the design, implementation, and evaluation of a program
to incentivize firms in the Ústi nad Labem and Karlovy Vary regions to innovate and diversify
into new sustainable economic activities. Depending on the candidate's interest and skills, the
job may also include tasks such as survey instrument development, data processing and data
visualization.
