McKinsey Forward

Let us introduce you McKinsey learning program called Forward. After successfully enrolling more than 360,000+ learners globally, Forward just expanded to an initial list of 22 countries in Europe as part of several initiatives aimed at supporting the employment journey of 500,000+ Europeans by 2030.

McKinsey’s Forward program is free 10-week online learning program that is offered in English and focuses on essential workplace skills like adaptability, communication, problem-solving, relationship building, and navigating the digital landscape. It targets people from different industries and roles, either early in their working life, or, those in non-managerial roles looking to upskill or reskill later in their careers. For interested participants, the program also offers an optional webinar series focused on navigating ethnocultural inclusion in the workplace. Upon completion participants receive a McKinsey Forward Program digital badge and an invitation to join a global network of program graduates.
