| Abstrakt: | The paper presents the concept of Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) and summarizes some lessons from the European, and especially British, experience that can be made for the Czech Republic in its effort to implement RIA. Special attention is devoted to problems that are necessary to fight hard in order to make RIA work efficiently. The paper is rather an overview, based on other pieces of literature that deal with the RIA in more detail, than a standard theoretical or empirical paper. |
