We are excited to announce new Erasmus+ partner universities!

In the upcoming academic year, IES FSV UK students in our bachelor program will have the opportunity to visit Erasmus Rotterdam University, ranked #1 in the Netherlands in the field of economics according to the Global Ranking of Academic Subjects. This university is a natural choice for ambitious students interested in economics or econometrics.

IES students will also have the chance to visit all universities within the 4EU+ alliance, including Heidelberg University and the University of Milan for the first time. At Heidelberg, economics combines traditional macroeconomic focus on mathematical and statistical methods with modern approaches like behavioral and experimental economics. The University of Milan is renowned for its interdisciplinary approach, blending economics, management, and quantitative analysis.

We are also pleased to offer IES students the opportunity to visit Koç University in Istanbul, Turkey. Koç University is one of the very best universities in Turkey both overall (#2 out of 189 based on UniversityGuru) and specifically in Economics (#2 out of 61 in the top 25% institutions in Turkey based on RePEc). Its faculty in Economics comprises a number of prominent scholars with rich international experience.

Additionally, we are expanding our portfolio of partner universities in the UK with Loughborough University, Business School, and in France with the University of Lille, Faculty of Economics, Social Sciences, Geography, and Planning.

You can apply for the Erasmus+ exchange between February 4, 10:00 AM and February 21, 10:00 AM. General rules are available on the faculty website, and specific information for IES students can be found here. Don’t forget to attend the Erasmus+ presentation organized by the International Office. If you have any questions about Erasmus+, please contact the Erasmus+ coordinator for IES students, Lenka Šťastná, lenka.stastna@fsv.cuni.cz.
